The chalet lies in walking distance of the village of Haute Nendaz ( Quatre Vallées ). Even closer to the open air swimmingpool en 2 tenniscourts. The village has all the facilities such as shops, supermarkets (4), local/nature shop, skischools, skatingstadion, bowling, squash, fitness, playground, daycare-centres. You can find dozen of restaurants and plenty of entertainment. Nendaz has it all.

This new detached chalet lies on a surface of 1000m2. First you notice the garden with the big 6 person jacuzzi. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful spectacle of a thousand lights at night.
The chalet is luxuriuos and decorated with a lot taste. On the first floor you find the living-dining room with fireplace, open kitchen with microwave, dishwasser, expresso coffee-machine, fridge.
On the surface level there are three bedrooms, all with view of the mountains. The first bedroom has a double bed, with a bathroom ensuitte. (bath and shower, toilet,double washbasin)The second bedroom 2 has also a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunkbed. On the same floor you find also the second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbassin.
On the third floor you find the loft with a sitting corner and a comfortable sleeping couch for 2 persons. Flatscreen ( cable television) DVD and internet.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
